Shareen has over 15 years’ experience working in the NHS since graduating at University of Hertfordshire where she became a qualified Therapy Radiographer. Following extensive experience within her clinical oncological field she moved into managing operational services within a
busy London hospital and as part of a cancer network. Throughout her career she has always focussed on supporting others in their career development. She continues to offer mentorship to ex students and colleagues whilst also creating new supportive relationships to
improve her own learning and offer guidance where needed. Shareen is passionate about demonstrating fairness and inclusivity in all her work in order to improve the experiences of under-represented groups of people.
